Description: A personalised consultation to discuss your hair history, current condition, desired colour and suitable options. A patch test will also be carried out where required before your colour appointment.
Cancellation Policy
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Cancellations and rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice may result in the loss of any deposit paid. Deposits, where required, are refundable if you cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment or cancellation of the appointment. Certain treatments may require a consultation or patch test before your appointment.
